Once upon a time in the vast underwater kingdom of Atlantia, there were two mermen named Mos and Bank. A boy stumbles upon a dragon and they explore the land. They also pick up a bird companion along the way. With each journey, the boy seems to grow and gain a new understanding of the vast world he lives in. Who knew a dragon, a bird, and a boy make a pretty good family?
