Have you ever had a nightmare where you are just running-running from something, but you don't know what? Remember that feeling, how the sweat pours from your skin, the sheer terror that takes you in its grasp? Can you? Good. ---- Mi'osi could feel the dirt beneath his feet, the feeling that the breaking of twigs causes through your bones. It grabbed him by the shoulders and whispered one thing. Run. So he did, he is. He's running, trying to escape whatever is behind him. He has no image for what he is running from, just that if it caught him - when it finds him - nothing good will come from it. Ask him its eyes colour, and he'll answer terrifying. Ask him how it looks? He'll answer menacing. So he's running like he's never run before - and nothings going to stop him.

"God created a mean sense of poetry when he created fire." Enter Sally. She lives a very happy life with her husband Alan and their two daughters. Mildred and Henrietta. Sally is the School Counsellor to the Primary School that her daughters go to. Nothing could make her happier and nothing could take her happiness away... Or so she thought. When her life takes a rather dire turn, Sally finds herself on the streets. Lifeless and on the brink of just giving up entirely... Until she meets Martin. Another homeless person. Martin shows Sally a new way of life as a person of the free world. Initially hesitant of feeling attached to people once again, Sally has a choice to make... Stay or go? AUTHOR'S NOTE: Hi there. This is just the first chapter of the book as I wanted to test it on an audience to see what general feedback is. How does it read and do you feel compelled to continue reading from the first chapter. Please be as brutally honest as you can as this story is quite big and I need to know if I'm kicking off with the right foot. Regards: - The Maker

{{THIS IS THE SEQUEL TO EMPTY•DEAN WINCHESTER. IF YOU HAVE NOT READ IT, I HIGHLY SUGGEST DOING SO}} Ashleigh remembered talking to Sam on the phone when she saw that truck pull up behind her. She remembered seeing a group climb out and step over to her car. That's when she first saw their glowing yellow eyes. But most importantly, she remembered the metallic smell of blood - her blood.
