Baron Draxum attempts to create First Generation Yokai with four baby turtles and a powerful human from the Battle Nexus called Lou Jitsu. He succeeds but Lou Jitsu ruined everything by breaking free and destroying his laboratory. Lou Jitsu escapes with three baby turtles, unable to save the fourth. The fourth turtle finds its way into the arms of an unlikely mother. *This is strictly a cute oneshots book on Leon's childhood under Big Mama. A separate book going over the season1&2 and the movie will be a future book all on it's own. And if you go on Ao3, I did not steal this book, it is my first time cross-posting something.*

Fast forward a few months, Donatello is finally home. The war still rages on however, so there isn't time to celebrate. Mikey, confident in their powers to win, took them all to the future. This future was dystopian, the Kraang haven taken over the entirety of the world. Suddenly, the turtles were knocked out, and taken to Big Mama's place. She uses them as her most prized winners and has them compete often, having them stay in somewhat cozy rooms. They live there with seemingly no escape. April, Draxum, Donnie, Mikey, and Leo-bot are the only ones there with no sign of Raph-bot. They have to fight to survive. Alopex was taken away for separate training by Big Mama. Lou Jitsu remembers all the turtles he once held: a red-eared slider; an alligator snapping turtle; a softshell; and a box turtle. He still remembers the promise he made, that he would save them from the lab falling to pieces around them. In the chaos, he thought he'd succeeded. It isn't until he reaches the surface when he realizes he only managed to save one.
