Bigotry Stories

The twins were separated from birth. For the first eight years of his life, Michael didn't even know he had a twin brother. He lived with his father, believing his mother was simply too busy with work to come home. It took his father eight years to finally tell him he was never an only child. So, of course, Michael eagerly agreed to attend the church where the other half of his family lived. But it was all a lie. His parents had divorced. Michael was the reason. His mother knew it. His father knew it. Even his brother, Lucas, knew it. It hurt. But Michael refused to give up. If he was the reason his family fell apart... ...then maybe one day, he could also be the reason they came back together.

She sits in her room waiting to escape the physical and emotional torture of her step-father. Living in a religious household, when you know you like women and not having a support system is harder than anyone can imagine. It's harder knowing you can never truly be yourself when you aren't allowed to explore what makes you yourself. So, Jess hides the fact she likes women and the confusion and stores them in the songs she writes. When the fair comes around, Jess takes a leep and answers the local papers about a job offer to sing at the fair. There's one hitch, she doesn't know until she gets to the audition that they were asking for a male. With help of some wrap from her best friend and crush, Anna, and a cheep wig, she pulls off the audition and gets to sing just before the band One Direction as JayDee. When she finally sees herself in the dressing room as JayDee, she understands why she's not lesbian, but in fact a male. What will Jess do with suddenly realization as He now has to face the fact that he will never be able to go home. What will he do when it accidentally comes out to his best friend that thinks he's just a cross dressing singer? You know there's only one way to find out and that is start reading.

This isn't a poem I wrote. It was written by Lea Knowles on Allpoetry.com. But I thought the poem was really amazing and asked if I could share it. He said yes so now you guys have the option of reading it too.

Camelot Estates a new gated community has been talked about as being the hottest residential development in the country. All that anyone would need to live there would be to be wealthy and have the desire to live in Texas. Kenneth Walker the developer is pleased with lot sales and the number of construction starts. Moving forward with the final part of vetting the latest group, he is pleased with the applicants. They all look great and sound great. What he does not know is all of them are hiding something. They may not be totally what they claim to be. The buyer that will be joining them in a few months, maybe the biggest problem of all. He is exactly what he claims to be. He couldn't hide it if he tried and he would not try.

An unedited unfiltered journal vomit doth not a novel make. Good quote though.

Okay, so, for English homework , we had to make a poem about Donald Trump and his view on the world, using some of his tweets and I decided to publish it on here because it's one of my best and I'm pretty proud of it. * Don't recommend if you support Trump (or if you are Trump), I roasted this hoe's sorry ass quite bad.
