Everything has been right infront of their eyes this whole time. But yet they chose to keep their eyes closed. Kayla has never fitted in, Not even at home. She gave up on trying to impress people. But it's not like anyone notices her etheir so she stays in the shadows. Everyone just thinks she is rebellious child. But to her she just got stuck with an annoying family. "Oh, come on! It was an example!" A girl groans quietly, trying not to wake the sleeping figure resting on her lap. She freezes for a moment, feeling him stir before relaxing when he remains deep in his sleep, this time running her fingers through his messy mop of hair to help soothe him. "I'm sorry, human. I really am!" The cat like creature whines, it's ears flat against its head as it tries to charm her with its cuteness. "How was I meant to know that you didn't want to be Harry Potter's sister?"

It all started from you standing up to your brothers bully. You and bakugou are rivals always at each other's throats. It's as simple as who gets to eat dinner the quickest. However, that makes you two the closest people you both have. You two are always together, whether it's competing against each other, or just hanging out as friends (Friends in denial). You work really great together as heroes, practically unbeatable when paired up together, only because vilians can't handle the heat of your competition. Your competitiveness goes so far to the point you both tease each other to see who fumbles first. Until one day, you realize your heart beats faster around bakugou. You can't help but think "Why that loser?" I'm not following the order and lore of the anime, I'm mostly going to focus on building the relationship. I'm writing in first person. Enjoy :3
