But with her curse is still on her, can she find a way to calm herself before she becomes worse while going on a journey through bizarre new worlds and save the day? So this fanfic is based of a comic I seen by XammyOowah on twitter (they're comic where shadow and sonic go to a sonadow universe) and it's also based off sonic prime so little spoiler's if you haven't watched Sonic Prime. So shadow and sonic are trying to find a way home through the other universes to collect all the shards together. They come across a universe we're it looks normal like their home, they look around to find their friends and the shard. Shadow turns his head away from sonic and sees something off to the distance. I don't own Troy, Gabriella, Chad, Taylor, Sharpay, Ryan or any of the other characters in High School Musical or Sonic, Shadow, Knuckles, Amy, Rouge, Silver or any of the other Sonic the Hedgehog characters. After the Genesis Wave, everyone's memories got erased about all the people that they knew before, except for one person, or thing, Metal Sonic, until one day Eggman learns what had happened during the pre-super genesis wave by finding a mysterious file in Metal Sonic's memories. One day, after some of the Freedom Fighters memories were restored, though not all, while trashing Eggman's base, Sonic, Tails, and Sally find the file on Eggman's computer, though already knowing some events, but some of the Mobians they see on video are unknown to them, striking up a multitude of questions, after heading back to the Sky Patrol, AKA Freedom Fighter HQ, the three of them show the video to the rest of the Freedom Fighters, leading to a new mission, to find the ones they saw on video and to learn not only more about them, but also why they didn't remember them (Also some IDW characters may show up) (I mostly made this story based off a very neat little idea my sister had, I told her about the reboot and she had the idea of having Metal Sonic remember everything since he's a robot) (I do not own any of the characters in this story) (Just tell me if I don't get the maturity right, I'll change it if needed)

Before Sonic could ask for questions, the mysterious voice sends Sonic a companion named, Athena. A mysterious woman who is supposedly an A.I. program. She lives on the Starfall Islands and knows the ins-and-outs. Unfortunately, almost all of her memory data was corrupted due to Cyberspace being shut down haphazardly. Together, Sonic and Athena will journey across the islands, rescue his friends, and discover a dark secret that could put Sonic's world at an unimaginable risk. Her name was unknown because she was a lab rat for so long, she was used to being called just by numbers. Her powers though... she wasn't able to control them well, since... you know. But, that didn't stop Sonic from taking good care of her and her health. Unfortunately, for him, he had other stuff to take care of and not watch over the little hybrid for long. And, there was also something big happening in the city. What will happen to Sonic and his friends? Will the young hybrid also be able to survive the chaos that will happen all around the city?
