A Bagginsheild fiction One day Thorin Oakenshield suddenly shows up at Bilbo's hobbit hole, after everyone thought he was dead. This is a short fic filled with fluff.

Bilbo was away from the Shire and Bag End running an errand that Gandalf sent him on, so he had to leave his husband, Thorin, his young cousin Frodo, and the other Dwarves for week and a half. However, when he came back, he was horrified to find that Thorin was different. He was no longer the caring and kind husband and king he fell for. Now, he was cold, angry, and almost downright heartless. He, along with the other dwarves fears the worst for their king. Has his gold sickness returned to reclaim him, or is it something else worse entirely, and best of all, can Bilbo get his loving husband back?

Some men die under the mountain just looking for gold, Some die looking for a hand to hold.

Bilbo and Thorin started courting after Bilbo saved Thorin from Azog. They were in a happy relationship, but Thorin is being affected by the dragon sickness. Bilbo pleads with Thorin to see reason and return to being the man he fell in love with. But Thorin is struggling to fight the dragon sickness' hold over him.

Bilbo Baggins cannot help but see signs in his nephew. Those watercolor eyes were diamonds amidst a sea of rubble; those dark, cascading curls like tangling vines up an oak of Mirkwood. He tried- he REALLY did- to forget Thorin Oakenshield. Forget his undying, utterly death-defying love for the dwarf; forget his silver clasps, his furred cloak, that stupid, burly laugh. But thanks to poor, sweet Frodo and a whole treasure trove of bad luck, the one thing that most resembled his long lost love was now living with him. In a hole in the ground.

What if Bilbos plan had worked would have happened to the young hobbit when he was banished would he have gone back to the Bilbo he was or something new ?

Bilbo is at the end of his time. He decided to tell Frodo all his secrets before he dies, including his one-sided love for Thorin Oakenshield. This isn't really based off the movies or the book. Thorin, Fili and Kili still live in Middle Earth as transparent figures. Thorin regrets never admitting his love for Bilbo and continues to despise himself for never telling the Hobbit.

My first publish! I hope people enjoy reading, contains yaoi, don't like, don't read, ALSO I recommend NOT reading this if you have not seen the final Hobbit movie, The Battle of the Five Armies, contains spoilers of the ending...expect sadness! I would like to make it clear that I'm not a very experienced writer, but I do try my absolute best, this doesn't contain graphical yaoi, so I wont bother listing it as Mature Content, just fluff :3 Bilbo x Thorin! Thorin Oakenshield was never fond of strangers, Elves, Small things, Elves, Weaklings, Elves and he's also. Not very much fond of women. It irritates him seeing them look at their nails, brush their hair and bat their eyelashes when they want something. To him, women are just distractions and for continuations for men bloodlines. Talk about rude. But when he met a certain female little hobbit, he just didn't know what to believe. She looooooooked so weak! She was short. She had never wielded a weapon before. Clumsy. Bilbo Baggins - the ordinary bookstore owner, guardian of Frodo and a well known gentleman among the local people of Shire. Everyone knew Baggins' family and (even if people loved gossip about them) respected them. Everything that Bilbo knew and appreciated made a wild turn, the moment he found a metal Talisman. No one ever told him that picking up random trash will throw him into magic shenanigans, dwarves' underground community and rivalry with a dwarf that can easily break him like a stick. Oh, and apparently he is now some sort of Dwarfhunter. Just *amazing*! / Or what if the author was bored with life and made a crossover with the Hobbit and Trollhunters series.
