A boy of unknown origins created into a world that seems like a dream, a place where personality and wishes manifest ethereally, a place where 'Gods' exist yet interact openly with the human world, a place riddled with war and abominations. Such is the nature of a world where a child's personality is the catalyst for how their power develops. This is exploited in the form of child soldiers and shadow organizations who try to study these anomalies. ALC is a world where humans have developed a biological catalyst that transforms energy within them into an ethereal one to be freely manipulated as the user sees fit. Juuni, a struggling youth departs his hometown on his 17th birthday in an effort to become a World Class Hero, however this idea is quickly shut down as he is roped into a mission from a shadow government called The Übermensch where in return for interference and not being executed, he has to prove himself as a worthy tool. Join Juuni as he repays his debts to the Übermensch and deals with the greater enemies on the rise while learning keys of his origins. For many years, Razan Eldgrímr had fed and nurtured a single dream: to reach a sky that didn't exist in her homeworld of Nidavellir. Despite being a wingless snake-shifter living underground in eternal darkness, her dream was strong and her hope was intact. In the neighboring realm of Midgard was the sky she wanted so desperately and, perhaps, an opportunity to gain the magic she needed to climb into it. This dream was her single consolation, until disaster struck in her first outing to Midgard. Her memory wiped clean of whatever incident had occurred, Razan was haunted by the calamity that struck. Ever since the unremembered accident, her snake companion stopped speaking to her. She began to hear voices in her dreams; voices that she knew but had forgotten. A strange tattoo-like marking appeared on the back of her neck, shaped like a snake swallowing its tail. The same week of the incident, Razan flew into a rage and murdered a boy, with not even a single memory of the catastrophe except for fully transforming into a serpent. And everything came crashing down. -- Inspired by myths ranging from Norse legends to good, old-fashioned magic.(Dedicated to Sausage and Toast, the greatest breakfast combination ever. Also to InfinityEwok. Cover credit of previous cover goes to @CJ_Thames , I made the new one out of stuff I found on the internet.)

Thyme already has enough on his plate. His freshman year is all kinds of stressful, and he can't stop thinking about a very obnoxious yet attractive girl he met on his first day. But drama is the least of Thyme's problems when disaster strikes, leaving him disabled. Thyme now must learn how to accept these new challenges as well as to accept himself. The concept for this story was thought of by my cousin a good number of years ago. With her permission, I've taken her seven-page story and run with it, making sure to add plenty of references to the original. I hope you enjoy the story as much as I enjoy writing it, and that you fall in love with the characters as much as I have. I'm hoping to update every Saturday. I'd love to hear what you think, your ships, constructive criticism, whatever. I'd also love to read all of your guys' stories, so please share them with me!!! Just so you know, like Thyme, I am a grammar NUT. If you guys ever find any grammatical errors in my writing (I'm sure you won't, though) PLEASE let me know. All right, that's all! Hope you enjoy🐧🐧🐧

Fresh into her last semester of high school, Len is looking forward to three things: spending time with her recent close-friend-turned-girlfriend, completing a summer road trip with her brother Brendon, and finally, getting the hell out of her hometown, to an out-of-state college where she'll be able to reinvent herself as whoever she would be if her Catholic mom wasn't always breathing down her neck. But then Brendon commits suicide, leaving behind a cell phone with a series of messages meant for Len alone. To unlock the messages, and find whatever Brendon wanted her to find, Len must confront painful memories - and painful truths about herself. *DO NOT READ if you are triggered by suicide or suicidal ideation* (This is a very very very rough draft.)

Love looks not with the eyes, but with the mind, And therefore is winged Cupid painted blind. - SHAKESPEARE "We don't know love like we should. We always talk about, 'I have unconditional love', unconditional love is... we dont even know it. Because if a person stops stimulating us, we stop loving them. You're not interesting to talk to anymore, goodbye. But that's real love, that love that sometimes is difficult to have. That's that love. And that's a confidence builder" - LAURYN HILL Counsellor, "Describe Love?" "Its Loyal and Respectful" "Its Honest and Trustworthy"

These are the thoughts and struggles of a pre-medicine student going through an existential crisis. There is no place for creativity in medicine, and it suffocates me. I write in verse instead of prose, it's very stream-of-consciousness. It's not really meant to be a poem (or I would have made it more technical), but my mind flows in a poetic manner. I don't expect anyone to ever read this. It's more for my own state of mind than for entertainment.

Rhiannon Auclair is the crown princess. So she ought to be the future monarch of Calravia, right? She might be but perhaps in name only. Taking a husband has never appealed to her, but discovering he might very well be the defacto ruler of her country didn't make it any more appealing. This is what everyone wants, but she hardly wants to smile and play queen. Lucky for her, the queen dowager agrees, and when she's involved, no granddaughter of hers is going to play second fiddle regarding her birthright. But what happens when a situation, one not even the queen dowager can shield Rhiannon from, presents itself? Rhiannon has always been warned about the deceptive nature of people and to be wary of everyone, especially those close to her. But she disregards that advice in favor of a companion to unburden her heart. A mistake that exposes her not just to the dangers of her own court but also to the wild intricacies of the outside world. Now she finds herself in a reality she wasn't properly trained for, where one wrong move could result in her death. But she's determined not to let that happen. Will her determination win, or will she find herself at the other end of a sword?
