Bill & Ted take a vacation to New York and meet Heather Duke and Heather McNamara. Heather McNamara is missing her best friend from Westerburg High, Veronica Sawyer, and Bill & Ted use the phone booth to visit Veronica. Meanwhile, Veronica has moved to Alphabet City, New York, where she meets Mimi Marquez and her friends. Bill & Ted, the Heathers, and the RENT cast go through many adventures and learn some values along the way.
