On the surface, Captain Marvel seems like an air-headed, cheery, carefree guy with way too much power on his hands. The League knows next to nothing about the guy, save for what he's told them (which isn't much) and many of them can't seem to wrap their heads around his contradicting existence. Well, that is, until they get a look inside his head.

Batman's suspicions that Captain Marvel is autistic snowball out of control and before he knows it he's playing father figure to an impressionable homeless kid along with Superman. There's nothing wrong with panicking and accidentally taking care of another kid, right? Now if they could just figure out why everyone seems to think that they're dating then they should have everything figured out. Right?

This is going to be a fanfiction about a Kryptonian Billy Batson who is just discovering his powers and the family that he didn't know he had. I was inspired by another fanfiction, but this story is my own. It is also my first fanfiction.

Billy Batson is a runaway. He's done it all his life all in search of one person - his Mother. But after being caught by the police (again), Billy is sent to live with Bruce Wayne. This opens up new opportunities and maybe a chance to finally settle down and call someplace home. But with these new opportunities come deep secrets about Billy's past and the truth about his parents.
