"It's late, we should-" "No, answer my question, please," you practically begged. "It's simple, really." Eddie narrowed his eyes at you. "This is not simple subject matter, actually," he sassed, earning a glare from you. "And, besides, I don't understand your question." You groaned. "Okay, listen up." He nodded. "You time travel back in time to prevent a death. But, if you prevent that death, then...you prevented the death, so why go back? In that timeline, the death is prevented, so you don't need to go back, yet you did. What then?" Eddie shut his eyes and stroked his chin. "Uhhh...okay...." he trailed off, beginning to understand what you were getting at. "That's like uh- that would be a time paradox, right? But for whatever reason, she finds herself becoming closer with him the more they hang out.
