(Basically Finney if he was half ghost basically Danny Phantom.) When Finney Blake's throat was slit he fully expected to die,but that wasn't the case.With the death of Albert Shaw five and a half new lives are restored.Vance,Billy,Griffin,Bruce and Robin were brought back into the land of the living ,only problem is that Finney now only has half a soul and magical ghost powers. Now it is his duty to seperate the land of the dead between the living,while having to struggle with friends,lovers and highschool.
