I love how embarrassing Phoebe is, I love how Max tries to be evil but fails miserably (Also I love his romantic moments with Allison... SQUEEE), I love how adorable Chloe is, I love Nora and all her sass, but then is super sweet... And then there's Billy. How do I describe this..... HE'S MY FAVE CHARACTER!! Idk why.
