Summer's just starting, middle school is getting harder and the losers club is ready to enjoy there break. Though things aren't really going to plan! The losers are getting older and with age comes new opportunities. Beverly and Bill have hit it off, officially starting to date. Much to the jealousy of Ben (and soemome else) leaving some tension between the two boys. Richie and Eddie started hanging out more. With Eddies mom in hospital, Eddie is presented with more freedom. Which means more time to spend with Richie. As for the other members; Mike's got himself a new girlfriend starting to prioritise her over the club. While Stanley is starting to feel left out with everyone doing there own things. The summer was suppost to be the best ever! But it only seems to be helping them drift apart.

Eddie must deal with her and get her out of his business while Richie's parents fight a lot and something terrible happens to them. After a few years- Eddie's birthday and them just being plain adorable, they go to college. Different colleges. Richie and Eddie have to figure out how to do long distance. Will they make it?
