This is an opinion essay I wrote before I graduated from high school. It's about eating disorders and whether or not they are real. I hope this gives some insight on the matter and encourages people to look more into it

This book isn't like the others. It isn't about how a girl falls head over heels over the bad boy. It isn't about a perfect girl with friends and perfectly straight hair. Meet Liyana Belkacem. 15 years old, lives in Britain and suffers from General Anxiety (GA) and Binge Eating Disorder (BED). This isn't the story about a perfect teenager. Nor is it the story about a perfect love story.

She's able to find some encouragement, thanks to her friends who love her for who she is. One day, the mysterious, tall guy in her class receives a flirty message from her. For days. He found it annoying. So he confronts her and warns her about it. Ell gets furious as she never sent it.

This story is shown from 4 different point of views from 4 different people with 4 different eating disorders.

Danny has a secret. Everyone has a way of coping with stress, but Danny's way is binge eating. What will happen when someone notices Danny as he begins to gain weight from his habit? (This is going to get a little weird, bear with me. DMxFM)
