Just the introductory segment of a short-ish story I've been writing for a bit, but haven't had a whole lot of time to focus on. Feel free to share any opinions you have, and thanks for reading :)

Broadly, this can even refer to selective breeding, but for the purposes of BioPunk fiction, it tends to refer to things like bioengineering, or biomods, which are programmed to enhance or alter the abilities of an individual.
