So I've seen journals of people in the LGBT+ community on here, and I've also noticed that asexuals seem to have lack of representation. I wanted to share my story so that fellow aces can relate and/or feel like they're not alone. I'll probably make a story with LGBT characters, specifically ace and those on the aro spectrum (didn't mention I was on that, too, did I?). I'll probably have like two readers but here ya go anyway.

I haven't seen many people with Asexual stories that I can relate to. So I thought I'd share my own story with the hope that someone can relate to it.

Some little things about being a wlw

Mae is a young girl who lives in London, high school and family can be tough to balance but hey she's alive...so she must be doing something right 😂 The story follows her talking about her life, with little entry's from her diary that she wrote at the time

I'm basically rewriting most of the Barbie movies where she ends up with the female love interest. Because let's be honest, these movies are the most queercoded things out there. She literally wears the lesbian flag colors and the other girl wears the bisexual flag colors. But I have a theory that in the "Barbie in" or "Barbie as" movies, the character she plays is a lesbian, but the actual Barbie-Barbie, like the Life in the Dreamhouse Barbie, is pansexual. Why? Because in Fairy Secret, she gets the pansexual flag as her wings and Raquelle gets the bisexual flag. I don't know how much more evidence we need. The cover does not belong to me and all rights go to the original owner. I don't own the characters, settings, and original plots, only my own ideas.

Harper is queer. Genderqueer, to be specific. She has this feeling, rooted deep in her heart that tells her that she's lying to herself... that 'she' should be 'he', and 'her' should be 'him'. But why does she still feel so feminine? Luke is fully convinced he's straight. He has to be, there's no questioning allowed in his strictly Catholic household... however, he doesn't mind the thought of being with a guy. Or a transgender person... but that's wrong, isn't it? Gen just wants Harper to get a boyfriend already.

This book covers the known history on asexuality, stretching all the way back to 1948, when Alfred Kinsley first dubbed asexuality "group X" in his famous work 'Sexual Behaviour in the Human Male'.
