Hey everyone! So this story is about Vanitas from Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep. It's a (Vanitas x Reader) Fanfic, so yeah, enjoy is all I can really say. This is actually my first story I'm writing, so I'm sorry if it's not fantastic. NOTE: I am adding Final Fantasy characters and aspects to the story, so bear with me. !Warning!: Some profanity. No matter what, these best friends can't be driven apart. Is it an unbreakable connection? Or does fate just have them never far apart? When the worlds start going crazy, everything that these friends are used to change. They're not together every single night, and sometimes they can only talk for a couple seconds before running off again. During this adventure will someone realize they have feelings for one of their friends? Will one fail and perish? Or will they all live happily together like they always wanted to?

Hana embarks on what she calls the 'journey to discover the truth of her existence;' however, it is not particularly an adventure she chose to go on. Destiny required her participation, and forced a split between her and her closest friends. Just for clarification, I only own one character in this story, and that's Hana. All of the other characters such as Sora, Ventus, Donald, Goofy, Xehanort, etc. do not belong to me. One more thing: This story is completed! :D

When Organization XIII first started, Axel had cared for no one. Until Xaldin brangin a new member, she was scared. A frightened Nobody. She had no clue of her past or other half, so a name was made for her. To everyone else she was, Xerene, but to Axel-she was a mystery.

In this story, I will be writing about Vanitas and his backstory. So just sit back and read this interesting story of how Vanitas met Lilith Kitty in Radiant Garden. Also besides a backstory, there will be some chapters too.

So this will be a little reader insert project featuring Vanitas. I got the idea for the basic plot from Mayday Parade's song, Terrible Things. It's like a follow-up or a response to the song, so it'll be maybe a little melancholy. Not sure about the number of chapters yet, and I'll try not to rush it as well as draw it out longer than it needs to be. And~ I'm gonna try to stay away from my comfortable little style of just writing thoughts so I can branch out and broaden my horizons. A half adaption of Birth By Sleep, but with an OC thrown in. Not the usual plot you'd expect from this sort of thing- a unique plot is coming through, the circumstances of BBS are going on elsewhere. This OC has a different fate than the rest of the Wayfinder trio. Mixes concepts from Epic Mickey too because yolo mofo. Chapters are not written in order, but will be placed in order when finished.
