No one noticed Izuku is the son of Diego Almagro the founder of the Federal party of the Federation until he was assassinated by a hero from Japan. The Federation government was so angry and authorize to erase their quirk during anti-quirk sentiment by using an antidote. When the era of Quir was weakened, the world heroes and villains that depended on them collapsed. In their wake, the Federation of the Americas began to rise and face the danger of the new enemy.

The first time izuku discovered this library, he was injured from his "friend". Luckily a librarian asked him to come inside to treat his wounds. Some were shocked to see an injured child and some asked if he was alright. When izuku told the librarian he was quirkless, they didn't ask him to leave. No, they actually welcomed him. He came there everyday. People soon started to call him " Library Child". It was a safe space for him. The people there are his friends, just a bit older. A quirkless Izuku Yagi was neglected by his parent's and bullied by his sister, Izumi along with her childhood friends, Katsuki Bakugo, and Shoto Todoroki, in an effort to stop him from becoming a hero.
