Holly and Sam Culkins are step-sisters, but unlike cinderella's, they get along pretty well. Despite the fact of having different mothers, they hold on to each other, praying that the other's safe especially since a virus has spread all over the world resulting to the dominance of mindless, flesh-eating zombies which they call biters. The two have been living on their own in Holly's secured house ever since their parents died. In order to survive, Holly's been training almost everyday by working out and killing biters one by one around their little home. On some days, Holly would make a run to the mall to grab a few things in order to survive, but one terrible turn on her bicycle made things worse for her and for Sam whom she left at home.

You and your little brother think your the only survivors but what happens when you find a prison with other human beings. The one that catches your eye is a boy. A boy called Carl Grimes.

Selena just frowned, not really wanting to be friends with her adopted sister. Eleanor blinked, as if waiting for a response, before she heard her adoptive parents screaming in agony out in the hall of the hotel. Selena frantically searched for something that would be classified as a weapon. On the other hand, Eleanor had grabbed a beer bottle. "A bottle isn't going to do anything, El!" Selena barked at her. As if responding, she broke the bottle on the table and shards of glass shattered everywhere, but now she had a spiky weapon and she ran to where she had heard them shouting. Alone again, Selena dug through a kitchen drawer to find a sharp kitchen tool and began slowly jogging towards the sound of Eleanor's voice. She stopped suddenly to see- zombies? They were attacking her parents while eight year old Eleanor hit some of them in the head with her bottle. Selena raced over to try to unbury her father from a bunch of zombies toppling him, but one had already begun eating his neck. She began crying, but Eleanor grasped her hand and the two began running towards the fire exit in the hotel they had been staying at for Selena's birthday. Selena stole a look back to see the zombies were now following them, and her mother and father were being eaten. Never again would she see her mother's smile in the morning. Two girls lost their guardians in a building overrun by walkers in the zombie apocalypse, and have to officially survive on their own. Selena, the elder sister, was shut out of the real world and pampered by her parents ever since she was born. Eleanor, on the other hand, was taught by her biological mother to survive before her mother disappeared and she was adopted by Selena's parents. Seems fine, right? The only thing is... Selena is twelve and Eleanor is eight.

I've been thinking to write a new story, based on the serie The Walking Dead, and my problem is that I'm a girl from Spain, but I'm going to write it in english. I hope you understand that I'm still learning, but I will try to write perfectly. I you find mistakes, don't hesitate to tell me because I want to correct my grammar. By the way, the story is a love story with Daryl Dixon, and is written with the original characters of the serie, but I'm going to start writing from the final chapter of the third season, I mean, this last episode. But the main character is going to be you. I'm going to write this "_________" when somebody is going to say your name or when I write your actions. So just imagine they say your real name, like they're talking to you :) Hope you understand, sorry, maybe I'm explaining bad. If you don't understand something, just ask me.
