It's after the Fourth Shinobi World War and Kabuto is somehow still alive. With no leads, Naruto sends twenty one year old playboy Sasuke to get Kabuto's only living relative- his cousin Mizuyaki Mikiko into Konoha. Mikiko, being born in a clan that does not allow females to be shinobis, is a travelling musician with an icy heart.
