The story of Sayuri the medicine seller who will have an adventure with her childhood friend, Hyakkimaru and Dororo an energetic kid who will become their best friend and companion.

Unwillingly used as a subject of experimentation to infuse the blood of demons, Kijyou was brought back to life by her father, morphing into a being that was neither a human nor a demon.
