Black people deal with unprecedented hatred, racism, and exclusion for equality, justice, and equity across any aspects of life and interactions with white dominated systems that lack diverse cultural intelligence to spread consistent adjusts to governmental and non-governmental policies, advances in workforce training and education about cultural norms and how they can be balance in the work place. In addition, Black men and men of color deal with law enforcement violence, brutal encounters with law enforcements that has lead to death or imprisonment without probable cause. This poem is about understanding how those events continue to lead into supporting Black men and women (including all people of color) and the structural racism that still affects people of color lives... daily. However, in this poem, you must understand that no racism or discriminatory acts should be allowed for any race, ethnicity, or gender. Research gives the factual part to give proof, when will they actually listen to apply it?
