Many years before the rise of the Ninja a top secret military project was initiated with one goal in mind, to create the Ultimate Lifeform. Created by Eclipse the Darkling using DNA from all four main hedgehogs (3S+Amy), Singe is a black arms/hedgehog hybrid with the goal of destroying all non-black arms on Mobius. But she's different than Eclipse originally planned. And there is someone else pulling her strings.
