(This takes place after season one. if you haven't finished it, do it now.) - Edward had been long gone ever since Stede had left him at the dock. The only person there now is Blackbeard. The man went down a spiral that ultimately ended with him going back to his old days of being a heartless, emotionless, person who showed no mercy for any person. Soon, word had gotten to the ship about Stede's tragic death which made Blackbeard build his walls more. Never letting any man make his way into his heart ever again. But what happens when a man named Clark Bennett, a wannabe gentleman pirate, catches Blackbeard's attention?

He loves to sing and dance and read love stories. He loves the way he looks in fine things. Stede wants to be loved by Ed the way he loves him.

I am coming here after almost a year of not writing any new fics. Theme of this one is my new favourite series Our Flag Means Death. Beltain inspired me so I wrote a short cute ff and I am posting it here. This fic is my own translation of my own work! The translation is not exact! Blackbeard emerges from belowdecks after hearing his ship being raided. Who he sees takes his breath away. Being a long-time lover of the How to Train Your Dragon movies and a newfound Our Flag Means Death fan, I've decided to mash the two together like Vladimir with his little ceramic unicorns in Tangled. Stede was a well-known gentleman who was understood to have been very unsettled with his life. Married with children, his life lacked a certain feel of something he craved. Well, be careful what you wish for as the day of the raid had happened. Blackbeard had come.

Stede and Edward are finally getting married and the whole crew is excited. Now they are both getting fitted by Wee John for their wedding outfits. Stede can't wait to see what Ed will look like in his outfit but he surprised when he finally sees him

Post-season one, post-reunion but not-quite reconciliation. To celebrate a recent swashbuckling, the crew is having a dance party aboard The Revenge! Trouble is, Edward and Stede still haven't really -addressed- anything that has happened between them. But thanks to a dreamy summer night and Frenchie's lute, they might just get the courage to put words to whatever it is. CW for light mention of drinking; everyone is a little buzzed but more than sober enough to consent to anything that's happening.

My own version of what would happen in season two of Our Flag Means Death. The sweet love story between Edward Teach and Stede Bonnet, co-captains of the Revenge.

After Stede left Ed at the dock with a broken heart, both men seemed to change for the better and the worse. In this fanfic you will see our favorite pirate couple as they fight for their lives to get back together and be the people they want to be.

Ed comes home to the sound of shouting and yelling when he finds Stede fighting off a stranger and winning. Ed could never guess what the fight was over.
