What happens when a girls strange friend gifts her a cat, that just happens to look like Undertaker from Black Butler. Is it just a coincidence or maybe something else. Follow the journey of Fire as she figures out the mystery of this cat, reveling its secrets and her own along the way. Disclaimer: I do not own Black Butler or any of its characters. I only own Fire and the other characters I create. I also own the cover art.

The story you're about to read is a different take on the black butler x modern reader and black butler kitten stories of the 2010s. A few things to keep in mind. 1. The OC is a black woman and she will be navigating the story as such. There may be cultural references and lingo so please, please don't be disrespectful in the comments. You will be blocked. 2. The OC is also asexual, and this will be important regarding some interactions with the characters (not Ciel) 3. Janeice is selectively mute.
