This is for all the black people around the world who have been discriminated in one way or the order because of the color of their skin✍🏾💪🏾 Meghan is a normal child until her father supposedly dies then she is faced with sexual abuse, racism and sexism. Sex was created to be a wonderful thing but was later poisoned by humankind and turned into a pest which is corrupting and killing many. Join me as we travel into the life of a sexual abuse victim. The pain the ups and downs the tears the fear and finally the triumph all in one. Every year she shed didn't go unrecognized. Don't forget to vote and share so as to spread awareness on sexual abuse. A collection of poetry from the young mind of a black, teenaged girl that experiences hardships and witnesses struggle on a day-to-day basis. There will be use of AAVE (African-American Vernacular English). Before you say anything about how it isn't "proper English," learn the background behind it. AAVE has grammatical rules just like any dialect. The most common example of AAVE is zero copula or copula deletion, which refers to the absence of an auxiliary verb. It occurs frequently in standard English as well. Another example of AAVE you will witness is the dropping of the last letter of a word. Words like "singing" become "singin'" and words like "respect" become "respeck." REMINDER: I am recounting my emotions and thoughts. There are somethings that you may not agree with or experience, but you DO NOT attempt to silence me. DO NOT try to belittle my problems as if they are something so trivial.

Illusion is a noun. A thing that is or is likely to be wrongly perceived or interpreted by the senses. Adrienne Moore was always seen as the black sheep of the Moore household. Due to being the only person of color in a predominantly white family. Sheltered her entire life to believe that the use of racism does not exist in the society in which she lives in. Naive, Inexperienced & Unworldly might be some words that people use to describe her. What happens when she moves to a new town? Experience some of the horrid events that she witnessed on TV. Would racism still be an illusion to her or reality?

After seeing all of the amazing works on Wattpad about the Black Lives Matter movement, I've decided to create my own. This project is going to be a series of posts, essays, and links. I want to focus on everything from police brutality to the Black history we were not taught in school. I'm open to suggestions on what you want to hear from me! Also, I would like to point out that I am a white creator. This means that I could make a mistake or two. Please, call me out if you do catch something that's inaccurate or sounds wrong! I'll gladly fix it. This is a learning opportunity for me. If you have something you'd like me to post, just PM me! #BlackLivesMatter
