This is a poem I worked on at the beginning of the month, but was very anxious about posting. Here you go!

I am a historian. I love history and discovering new people and event. History is important and a lot of the times certain history is left out in our school's curriculum because people don't want to admit these things happen. Living in a society where the history we learn are usually white men with only a handful of black people and woman. I am a White woman, trying my best to be an activist and wanting to bring these stories we don't know about to light.

Starting on December 1st, we will take you on a jolly adventure we're sure you'll remember even months after. Whether you love all things Christmassy, or you just prefer to witness all the festivities from afar, while enjoying peace and quiet, you will for sure find whatever tickles your fancy in here as we have prepared a bit for everyone.
