Are you aware of all the dangers you are exposed to during a simple appointment at the dentist's? This book is a must-read for anybody who cares about their own health. A biting, ironic and, above all, informative work by Dr. Eduardo Esber that reveals an unsuspected abundance of lack of professionalism and ethics, of inexperience and incompetence amongst dental professionals.

Jacob is now an old man who came of age in a small town on the coast of South Carolina. Convinced someone, or something, is after him he's secluded himself in a one-bedroom apartment and made up his mind to tell of the strange events he's experienced throughout his life. From the disappearance of his younger brother, Harry, to the strange writings on the wall, Jacob's tales signify that maybe something is happening behind that curtain we call reality.

Hotaru Konno left like a legend but returned in dirt. Either way, she was under the spotlight. Merciless gossip and rumors spread around. Turning 27. Single. Jobless. What a perfect time to take a little advantage of her filthy rich family. She was about to embrace the life of a NEET (Not in education, employment, or training). Life was pretty easy except... Her mom was determined to marry her off; Her idol-wannabe baby sister ticked her off every single day; A mysterious high-school boy with perfect white teeth was living under the same roof. A disappointment. A loser. A weirdo. Hotaru was all of the above. Nonetheless, she said NO to changes. At least not now and not by the people mentioned above.

Since its release, the book is granted as controversial, polemic-arising, daring and single in its kind. With a picturesque glint, which makes the artwork amusing and easy-to-read, it broaches serious topics of common interest to the public, in a quite new approach and not yet taken into the ordinary public's account. An opus to show the office's reality: what goes behind many chairs and we would never have known by any other means. A serious work, on a serious subject, yet it deals with it in a light, fun and comic style, highlighting as a single piece in the field of contemporary literature, since it subtly drums the reader into a mix of doubt and wish for newer and greater explanation on the life inner a dentist's office. The venturesome title rouse spirits all over the country since the beginning. The first edition was sold out in few months, the knowledgeable corps of critics applauded the undertaking and recognized in the paper a work of public health concern meanwhile professionals' associations gathered efforts throughout the country against the book and its author. Dentists from all corners criticized the work in the related vehicles, reaching the point of exposing the case to the Federal Council of Dentistry. However, the author's response to critiques was sharp and steady. Via his right to answer, the writer again disposed to the public the reasons that led him to write the book and mildly showed with no air for misunderstanding that the ones who outraged at the book's expression are the same ones that compose its lines, in other words, the bad professionals to whom the book alerts and condemns.

A wrecked circus tent. Two clowns; one oafish, burly; his counterpart cunningly sneering, a man around which one keeps their hard-earned doubloons tight to their person. A single pair of serpentine eyes, a whispered word, a commotion and a charmer. Racked by tempest, the mummers stand atop the ruins of their chequy tent to discuss the night's affairs.

Gral and Harald Cooperson were brothers, explorers and wealthy idiots, and when tales of a creepy underground city were brought to their attention, they couldn't resist going to take a peek, reasoning that ghosts didn't exist and that a brief look around surely wouldn't be dangerous... Author's note: this is a short story, comprising three story parts, followed by a history of the aforementioned creepy city. Well, I think it's creepy. My partner thought it was hilarious. How would I categorise this? Possibly a fantasy horror story, with a good helping of cheesy nonsense to lighten the mood a bit. It is based in the fantasy world of the Four Realms, as most of my other stories are, but I believe it possibly could stand alone, except that readers need to know that Hale is a goddess with the attributes of torment and depravity, but who despite her nature is a protector of children and who would do absolutely anything to see children safe and their abusers punished. She is the granddaughter of an evil god named Halos who was destroyed many hundreds of years before this story starts. Her father, Honess, and brother, Hurbek, are also divine and the three share Halos's attributes between them. I don't think it needs to be marked as mature, but I'm happy to be corrected on this by readers. It does contain some swearing, and implied (though not described) cannibalism. Please note that the cover image does not belong to me.
