Poetry is an outlet for my emotions, my experiences, my thoughts and opinions - It's been a coping mechanism during the hardest times of my life. It's been a long, trying journey, but it has yet to end. Until then, I'll write until my hands fall off.

Poetry has helped me with putting all of the pieces of my puzzle together. You will learn the story of a peasant who molded himself to a king. My poems will consist of depression, suicidal thoughts, insecurity, racism, acceptance, importance, power, storytelling, love, recognition, empowerment and redemption. Our race does not give you the license to do whatever you want. We have had enough of our blood being needlessly shed and society is beginning to open their eyes to that. We are no longer going to be a race of oppression. These events taking place is not the first time. We have protested for years, we have been killed for years, we have faced discrimination for years. Enough is enough. Please use your voice and stand with us so that we can live just like you. BLACK LIVES MATTER !
