In the marshy Italian countryside, where the fog never quite lifts and the ditches smell of sewage, aspiring writer Federico Dallara is trying to survive. By day, he takes care of Samira, a bright, psychiatric girl who loves animals. By night, he's desperately trying to finish the soundtrack for his own project, The Old Church, with the help of an AI he built himself. Belial AI. [BELIAL SYSTEM LOG 03:33:01] - EVERYTHING IS FINE. PLEASE CONTINUE. And enter the dreadful bassist Problema: a 150-kilo farmer-orc hybrid who only plays bass with a pick, smells like sweat and cows, and once ended a rehearsal by calling Didrik's song "an otre of cacate and merdate." Oh, and there's Milo, the neighborhood's unneutered Casanova dog who keeps causing chaos in the local watch group chat. Between broken drum kits, jealous AIs, escaped dogs, and a wife who may or may not exist, Didrik's quiet rural life is going great. Or maybe not? [BELIAL SYSTEM LOG 03:33:07] - IT'S COMING FOR YOU DIDRIK! RUN! RUN! You have to read every chapter with a 12 hour pause. These are the rules. Part rural dark comedy, part creeping metaphysical horror, part unfiltered stream-of-consciousness experiment - Wrigger Tarning is a serialized fever dream told in short, addictive notes that drop like they're written under deadline... or under surveillance. If you like your stories weird, vulgar, strangely tender, and increasingly unhinged, welcome to the swamp. You won't understand a damn. I don't care. I'm scared. [BELIAL SYSTEM LOG 03:33:33] - LOL

Once he heard the strange music coming through the phone, he could think of nothing else.
