Zee is finally fifteen and it is time for her to leave her father's house/temple to be on her own and fulfill her father's promises. While she is out she is also looking for her father since he disappeared two years ago unexpectedly. Now that she has settled down in Beach City she meets Steven and his friends. But it seems that both Amethyst and Zee like each other. A lot. Will they confess their feelings? Will Zee find her father? Is Zee gonna forever stay in Beach City or will she move back to her father's temple?

Pure Vanilla believes the Beast Cookies can be redeemed. The others aren't convinced. Confined to a warded monastery, Beasts and assistants alike must decide whether redemption is something earned, or something survived, that works too.
