Under the orders of High Marshal Helbrecht, the 16th Fighting Company is formed to spearhead an assault on a recently lost world. The leader of the 16th company is the esteemed Castelan Alaric Voss, an incredibly skilled swordsman and a brilliant leader. Alaric Voss gathers 104 of the most elite Templars and immediately sets course for a Warp jump to the lost planet, determined to purge it clean of the heretical forces of the Chaos Gods. Instead of their destination, Voss and his men find themselves crash landed on the heretical world Sanctyx IV.
