When Commander Cullen Rutherford first met the one thought responsible for death of Divine Justinia, he certainly wasn't expecting a tiny elf with a sarcastic streak a mile long and a habit of actually hitting people with her staff over doing magic. When Fen'nas Lavellan volunteered to spy on the Conclave to get out of an arranged bonding with someone she hardly knew, she certainly wasn't expecting a trip to the Fade, a giant hole in the sky and a mark on her hand...but you know what they say about the best laid plans?

The short tales follow the story of Inquisitor Adaar and Warden Blackwall. The tale kicks off shortly after the events at Redcliffe and continue as Dragon Age Inquisition's storyline progresses. Hope you have as much fun reading as I did writing! Btw, spoilers ahead ;)

After randomly falling from the Fade, Journey is taken on a huge mystery of how the Inquisition will rise, and it will take all she can to make sure it doesn't fall. Being an ex-Qunari made her suspect able of doing things, but it will take a few friends, and a few allies to make it through the struggle. Though a few allies turn into dangerous foes, and later, a lover pops through. With the help of the allies and the soldiers, Journey will make it as the Inquisitor, and as the mother that she was destined to be. However, there is still a foe out there to be destroyed. Will Journey be able to make it as all of these things and destroy the foe in the process? or will the Inquisition fail and be destroyed, leaving the world to fend for itself?

Cyndara Lavellan grew up among her Dalish brethren in the Free Marches. When she was sent to investigate the Conclave and the true extent of the Mage-Tenplar war, she had no idea that she would be thrown into the center of the chaos. Rebuild the Inquisition of old. The country of Tevinter is starting to lose the war to invaders called Qunari. The Empress of Orlais is losing control of her court. Lavellan knows that this weakness exactly what a certain ex-lover is looking for to start his hostile take over. With no army, a broken heart, and little time, it helps that she found an old prophecy to set her on the right track Meanwhile, Solas, once a member of the Inquisition, is walking down a dark road. When he finds out that Lavellan knows something he doesn't, he'll stop at nothing to retrieve the prophecy and read it for himself.
