DARK POEM BECAUSE I'M BORED, WROTE IT IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES

In a world destroyed by war and nuclear blasts, humanity is left to fend for itself among the ruins. Genome tests during the almost 2-decade long war made it nearly impossible for humans to survive. The Gene Altered People (GAPs) near the blast sites, if they weren't destroyed, were turned into something far worse than death. Eli Hendricks is our protagonist, and he belongs to Blackwell Church, one of the factions that have sprung up in the aftermath of the destruction. Eli's faction has managed to carve out a life in one of the less radioactive areas, but it's not an easy life. Resources are scarce, and tensions run high between different factions. Eli meets Sam, a former member of the Wolf Pack, and they start as strangers. However, as they get to know each other, their relationship grows from friendship to something more. But Sam's past comes back to haunt him when his old faction tracks him down and puts everyone in Blackwell Church in danger.

Avi: Aviyona Avezia Selah is 15 years old and born in Connecticut from a family of 5 including her two younger sisters and her parents. When she was 10 Avi experienced sexual abuse for 4 years by someone close to her and told no one. She struggles with many mental health disorders such as bipolar depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, ADHD, Paranoia, hyper sensitivity, and minor insomnia. She likes the bands My Chemical Romance, Pierce The Veil, Nirvana, and especially Palaye Royale. She hopes to start a band with her best friend Kelly when they turn 18. But something happens that separates them and changes her life forever.
