After rushing to the aid of his friends, Spark indulges Blanche on why he and his followers leave the battles to her and Candela. This is a simple short story that explains the reason why I think spark is dork he is (sort of).

But after Spark - the leader of Team Instinct- dies, his son, Raichu Human, has to fulfill his promise to his dad to become the ruler of all Pokemon. Now the heirs of all the teams are revealed, Quinci Laciasal of Team Valor and Shelly Yangtze of Team Mystic. Although Team Instinct was supposed to be the weakest team, nothing seems to stop Raichu in his quest to conquer all Pokemon. Can the Quinci, Shelly, and their friends fight off Raichu and restore balance? Or will the Pokemon world be brought under one rule? Disclaimer: I do not own Pokemon. Or the picture. Spark had always been the underdog, looked down upon though only Blanche and Candela realized how truly strong he was as a leader. The current new Team Rocket looked down upon him.
