Blanchette and her mother own an antique store, but things go downhill when a customer comes to visit. This is a very short story and isn't supposed to be scary.

Locked in a tower far from the world, Blanchette has spent her life believing she is a beast which changes from human to wolf. After having lost the will to live and her freedom, she is finally freed from her prison, only to run into the Lycan King and be imprisoned again. Inspired by the Faerie Tale Theatre adaption of the episode, this retelling of the fairytale goes into the themes of friendship, keeping your word to others and having forgiveness. Blanchette is a kind hearted girl who gets a red hood and meets up with the apprentice Chris and her new pet dove Odette. While this is going on, Edward the wolf is kicked out of the pack by Rowena for being greedy and not sharing with the others. Not to mention, the journey it will take to Blanchette in the woods will teach her about when danger is lurking and when to need help, along with forgiveness.
