Slowly, I sat back up and pushed my legs over the side of the bed. My bare feet met the cold, white floor and I weakly shifted my weight onto them. The room spun. I stumbled forward. Stars blurred my vision and then suddenly amidst the white, everything went black and I collapsed onto the floor.

Artifacts are items that sorta give you powers. However, don't think everyone has them. Believe it or not, you actually have to be destined to have an artifact in your possession.
