Ulquiorra Cifer- one of Aizen's strongest, most trusted allies. He was an embodiment of darkness, cold, dispassionate, callous, but despite his power was not particularly violent and did not result to brutality unless provoked, or ordered by his master, Aizen. He was known as a cruel villain, but seemed to be aloof, and lukewarm. Why was this? Why, even if he was feared and strong, why did he exhibit odd bouts of nihilism, and seemed to have a habit of killing his victims by sticking his hands into their hearts, as if it had a purpose? Even being a villain, and one that only follows orders, he was perceptive, analytical; but he doesn't understand human feelings. And yet, when he found he was to be killed by Ichigo, the hero, unlike his fellow comrades, he didn't curse, nor was he bitter. He simply...accepted it. Why was a major villain so empty? Why didn't he delight in inflicting pain like his comrades? This was simply because of his past. His past, which he couldn't remember, even in his last moments of existence. It was his past that caused him to become empty. And so Death gave him a second chance.

Kallen Kurogane is not a powerful soul reaper. She is no captain, or lieutenant. But she is somehow vying for a 3rd seat position. Miyuki became friends with someone named, Yuna Mori who is 15 year old and hyber and friendly but she is older since she is a death god, but some how, Miyuki can see her as a Soul Reaper but when Yuna almost gets killed by a hollow, she offers Miyuki her powers as a shinigami. Miyuki couldn't let her friend die from a Hollow so Miyuki became a substitute Soul Reaper and defeated it in one slash. Later on, for the first time Miyuki meets Captain Toushiro. Miyuki was cold to Toushiro but she suddenly felt a deep connection with Shiro- chan. Miyuki shall face a lot of danger when she is fighting her enemies. When Miyuki almost dies from her long knowing enemy, Katsu Watanabe, Toushiro saves her life. Shall this love story go on? What if Toushiro falls in love with Miyuki? Will they fall in love with each other? Will Miyuki be able to defeat Katsu and stop her evil deeds? Will more evil villains come in her way? Will Miyuki finally be not cold and be a little open to people and friends? We will never know.
