Blizzard's life isn't anything special, he gets up, tries to find a way to stop the endless snowing in his world and goes to sleep. That is until he finds a group of cats who can seemingly make ice out of thin air. Blizzard teams up with the cats in his search to find something-anything-to stop the endless snowing.
