Sequel to "Close to Home" It's been a year since Draven and Ray have seen each other. After Drays parents divorce, his mom moved to Michigan, while his dad stayed in South Dakota. Not exactly in agreement, Drays dad hands him over to his mom, meaning he has to leave Ray. Unable to say goodbye, he leaves without a word. Forming a band with guys in his new school, they become locally famous. But Dray is shocked and a bit angry the day his father calls and asks for him back, and his mother agrees. When he moves back, he's nervous about how he will reunite with Ray. Will she be happy he's back? Or furious about him not communicating with her? What he doesn't expect is how much she changed. Will they be able to mend their broken relationship? Or will it crash and burn?

Ray is a Fangirl. She's always on her laptop, working on her blog, and when she isint, she's reading or watching her favorite Tv show. One day, Ray receives a friend request from a boy who lives two states away, and they quickly become good friends. Then Draven, the boy, gets the news he's moving, and it happens to be to Ray's state, and coincidently her town and neighbor hood too. What started out as friendship changes as Ray and Draven come face to face for the first time.
