A villain by the name of Thunderbolt is given a second chance when asked to join the Superhero Dispatching Network's Phoenix Program. He is put in the Z-Team and is working at his shot of redemption. All characters belong to Adhoc Studio, cover is the Dispatch cover.

He is finally out of his cell, but his freedom comes with a leash and a team. He might be under supervision, but he's definitely not on his best behavior.

Y/N takes interest in the new recruit at SDN who seems to messily slip through the cracks, Herman continues to embarrass himself in front of the cute dispatcher.

Now, Vicky will have to learn about who she really wants to be instead of what people think who she really is so she can try better, all while helping her dispatcher find an astral pulse for his mecha-suit, and finding a way to stop Shroud and the Red Ring from terrorizing the city of California.
