This is a poem I wrote a long time ago on which I based the novel by Henrik Cypher in the story "Blood Pact". It's basically a story within a story.

A perfect town. A age old pact. A....cliche...... Common but fun

A blood pact. One of the worst ways to be remembered by? A broken blood pact. That's exactly how Fenrir Collins will always be remembered, not only by his pack of wolves but all the other monsters in the world who come into contact with him. Who did he make the pact with? His brother-by-bond. The vampire noble-man, Cassius Blackwell. And then Fenrir fell. Twelve centuries later two immortal teenagers have to deal with their backlash. He's the son of Cassius Blackwell, and he's on the run from a hunter. He has to lead his family to safety, somehow ending up near an abandoned english castle in western Europe. They take shelter in one of the crumbling castle towers when he sees the form of a wolf sprinting along the trail happily to a pair of human teens. She's a werewolf living in an abandoned castle, yet she's best friends with two teen mortal girls. Her father was Fenrir Collins, the alpha of a cursed pack of werewolves. Her duties as the next alpha cloud her mind and often cause her to be aggressive, out of her normal playful nature. It was scaring her human friends. But what happens when the vampire noble-man's son suffers the cliche of love at first sight? Sadly for the boy, the wolf who has him love-bitten has no interest in him. Not at first anyway.
