A drug. That's how this entire thing started. A drug was made that took the vampyr side away from you, as long as you stayed injected by it, you were powerless. For centuries the vampyr had been on top. Never knowing fear. That was until now, it was all about to change because of a drug. It may not change for all vampyr but those who were captured, were now injected and at the bottom of the food chain- as long as they stayed injected. She found herself surrounded by those who hated her kind, Lycans. They had been the ones to set her free from that hell, only to a new hell. She was in a lions den. Only this time, she wasn't the lion.

Were they abominations, the bastards of the magical world or were they meant to take power from those undeserving to ensure it was not misused? Only the victor of the battle gets to tell the tale. Athena Flora Roseblood was far from a victor. Being a firstborn Roseblood had cursed her like many others before her. Firstborn women in their line were not meant to meet their first breath of air, they were destined to die, to be sacrificed within the womb to help empower their coven, yet for the first time in two thousand years, a firstborn woman had come screaming into the world. Athena was never been meant to be born. Her blood haunted her from the second she took her first breath, her house divided thanks to thousands of years of lies. Lies that may never come to the light of day. Fear was a powerful totem and after two thousand years of lies, it left Athena trapped within the cage created for her. The abomination, the bastard of nature, the Roseblood Siphoner. Nothing to the world but a mistake and a monster.

What do you do when you write a story that just doesn't fit in. What do you do when a story just refuses to stay a one shot....? Well, in my case, you start a new book; so, here we are, a book for all the stories I dream up that just don't fit in with anything else I write. That prove to need more than just one chapter. They will be anything and everything; odd, one-off short stories. So, I hope you enjoy.
