Basically, the P.E.O. works with corrupt organizations and kills people who speak up against them. So, what Bianca and her friends do is they take down the operators, and they're trying to bring the whole thing down. Along the way, she meets some of Keys' friends, June Adler and Finn Webber, who help them on their way. Does Bianca have a crush? Code names and real names interchange, so sorry if it gets confusing.
