Nearly two years have passed since Shanda and Benjicot's ill arranged marriage in the 7th moon 129 AC. Now in the 5th moon of 131 AC, things are as strained as ever. Queer rumors flood the realm about King Viserys health as autumn rolls on as an endless fog of rainy nights. The Blackwoods and Brackens enjoy a tentative peace since Lord Elmo Tully set the riverlands straight. But Shanda seems to butt heads with her husband at every turn.
