The world of a bloody world is a world where everyone is born born with something called "blood mass" Blood mass-is something everyone has,some have more than others and you use blood mass to make artificial blood which can be used in combat with blood techniques Blood mass can take years to fully control to its fullest potential, leading to many people either being sloppy or not as efficient as others. Using blood mass drains users' stamina rapidly it can lead to blackouts or even loss of lives. People uses blood mass/artificial blood to use blood techniques which can vary in range but the most common is "blood reinforcement" Blood reinforcement-allow the user to increase muscle strength, increase blood flow or increase sight prescription. most members of the BPD (blood police department) have this blood technique BDP-is an organization/police force sent to deal with most high risk cases which can range from simple thugs to whole organizations of criminals. The BPD is split into 10 divisions,each having a commander to lead it but in rare cases or if a commander was recently killed or has retired that division will be without a commander for the time being. The department only cares primarily about results, blood mass and blood technique mastery which often lead to poor decision making when faced with someone who has an environmental advantage.
