An asteroid strikes Earth, killing some of the Earth's population. Some of the survivors were affected by the asteroid's smoke, granting them powers. The Powerpuff Girls thought it was easy to just battle the Rowdyruff boys. One year passes and the boys are not like what they were. They were evil, cruel, and powerful but still are.
