Written specially for the WP LGBTQ+ "Once upon a time" contest! "Hi. My name is...hmm. I can't give that away yet. I can however tell you that I'm in the tale I am about to tell you. Maybe I have a tail and maybe I have beautiful eyes the likes you have never seen. It doesn't matter. I have a story. You see sometimes, they tell you things the way they see them. I am about to tell you the REAL story. Buckle up. First of all, his beard wasn't blue...yet".

An anthology of famous and less famous tales. These are my favourites.

Long ago in a faraway land, the Conqueror's sister is married off to a nefarious ruler called the Oriental Masked King. Despite ruling his land with an iron fist, rumors still spread that all of his former concubines were led to a grisly fate. Determined nevertheless to honor her country and make this alliance work, the young Princess Consort soon finds herself struggling to adjust to a new foreign court where the Empress Dowager, and the Fourth Prince's concubine, the Royal Concubine, conspire to make her life more miserable than it already is. One upside to this situation seems to be that the Fourth Prince's caring demeanor along with companionship from the Kooky Princess, the Fourth Prince's sister, make her stay in the oriental palace tolerable at least. That is...until she catches the eye of a certain Masked King. Spinoff to General's Cause, takes place during/after it. Standalone work. Covers what happens between the Conqueror's sister and the Oriental Masked King mentioned in the other story. Bluebeard/Beauty and the Beast retelling in Ancient China.

warnings: this book contains gore, swearing. a sex scene and death. Francis and y/n, against the world. that's how it's always been. and that's how it will always stay. or at least y/n thought before being forced to move with her father to another little town with a whole lotta problems. but now being forced to work together with blue beard to find out what's happening to toms and queens alike. this isn't how it was supposed to be. cover ain't mine.

why is the description required?

I felt like a mouse.. wanting the cheese that was placed upon a trap yet i knew that would've killed me. The feeling grew once i gotten married and moved away to an mansion that highly reminded me of an castle. There's something wrong about it.. The feeling of strange eyes watching me. The cherry on top of this is that my new husband is acting bit strange too.. is he hiding something? What is going on?

"I was his prey, and he was my Bluebeard" This is a correlation of shorts stories based on the Character Bluebeard from a very old folktale. The story has been around for centuries, but it was first written by Charles Perrault in 1697. I will sometimes make references to the original story within my short stories, but the stories themselves are my own. Each story will be a different genre, and Bluebeard will not always be the bad guy. All Rights Reserved. A retelling of the classical tale of Bluebeard.

My parents hoped I was born like my sister, gifted with white magic. Me? I was cursed. Well, breaking out with scales could only be a curse, right? I'm not even sure if I am human or a monster. This curse was a means to save my life when I was an infant. Yet, I often feel it has been a lifetime punishment for being born. Sometimes I can't help but think it would've been better if my father hadn't tried to save me... I wouldn't be spending my life looking like a freak. I want to be normal. Instead, I have to hide my curse--hide in my room and watch other people live normal lives from outside my window. If I do go out, I can feel the stares from people, always watching me and when I walk by, they shove their children into their houses as if my curse is contagious. I wish I could just leave... be a hermit living in the forest somewhere. My sister and I used to be close. I avoid her most of the time. She's always trying to make me feel normal and instead, I just get annoyed. Then she went missing. She and father are the only ones who see past my curse. I am worried about her and I miss her. I have to find her and tell her that I'm sorry for being rude. I regret that I didn't spend as much time with her and if anything has happened to her... I'd hate myself even more. Maybe I am a monster...

Bigby Wolf is a fable inside a world full of mundies, the mundane people without a care in the world, he has to keep the town in order as Sheriff of Fabletown, its begin to take it's toil on him as they've hired a new deputy for the sheriff together they have to fix Fabletown from it's corruption alongside Snowwhite

Marie-Fey is married to a ghost. At least she might as well be for all she's seen of the man she married two years before. Far from home in a foreign land of endless sand and rich oasis, in a palace filled with women she won't connect with, all she wants to do is go home and stay there. Her monotonous life changes however after an incident that shakes the palace to the core. With everyone under investigation, Marie-Fey's husband is spurred into action. But rather than coming himself, he sends his younger brother. Lord Zaydan is not who Marie-Fey wants, but she's stuck with him as they look into the dangers that are creeping into the palace, one after another, threatening Marie-Fey at each turn.
