Scrat mistakenly sending Manny, Sid, Diego, and Gina adrift on an iceberg, leading them to face a gang of pirates led by Captain Gutt.

It had been two months since the herd lost their home, though they had adjusted very well to their new home and environment, but as they knew, there is no such thing as life without danger. One of them being a human, the other being a vengeful cave lion. This adventure is one of love, revenge, betrayal, overcoming hate and the strength to forgive.

Scrat is propelled into outer space in an abandoned spaceship during an attempt to bury his acorn and accidentally sends a giant asteroid towards Earth. Manny, Sid, Diego, Gina, the Herd and Buck must go on a life-or-death mission to find a way to fend it off.
